Through the NSU AIM High Medical Fellowship, I was immersed in medical education and gained exposure to multiple healthcare specialties. I participated in interactive lectures, case studies, and clinical-style activities that deepened my understanding of anatomy, diagnostics, and patient care. I also worked alongside peers in group projects that built my teamwork and communication skills. A highlight of the program was earning my American Heart Association CPR AED Heartsaver certification, which trained me to respond effectively to emergencies. A lot of my friends asked me how I felt about this program, and I told them that it was much better than Disneyland. I would recommend it to everyone who is interested in healthcare to visit this program and learn a lot of new, interesting things. This fellowship gave me a firsthand look at medical training and reinforced my commitment to pursuing a career in healthcare.
