Shadowing in Moscow State Dental Clinic

At Hollywood Stomatology in Russia, I shadowed dentists whose work was centered on preventive care and orthopedics. I observed many professional cleanings, periodontal maintenance treatments, and the use of specialized tools to maintain oral health. In addition, I was introduced to orthopedic dentistry, watching procedures such as the creation and adjustment of crowns, bridges, and dentures. This experience gave me insight into how essential preventive care is for long-term oral health, as well as how detailed and technical orthopedic work can be when restoring a patient’s ability to chew and speak comfortably. Shadowing here complemented my experience at Premier Stomatology by showing me another side of dentistry that was both highly precise and very patient-focused.
