Campsoltaplin Staff of Week Certificate

When I worked as a counselor-in-training at camp, I spent a month helping watch over the kids and supporting the staff with daily activities. It was definitely tough at times, because it meant being responsible, patient, and always paying attention, but it also taught me a lot about leadership and communication. I learned how to handle challenges, keep kids engaged, and make sure they felt safe and included. Even though it was hard work, it was rewarding to know that I played a role in giving them a fun and memorable camp experience.
