CPR AED Heartsaver

I earned my CPR AED Heartsaver ID card through the American Heart Association during the AIM High program. It means I’m certified to perform CPR and use an Automated External Defibrillator on adults, children, and infants. In the course, I learned how to recognize emergencies like cardiac arrest, give high-quality chest compressions, provide rescue breaths, and use an AED effectively. Having this certification makes me feel more confident knowing that if someone around me were ever in a life-threatening situation, I’d be prepared to step in and help until professional medical care arrives.
